What is the standard shipping time for furniture and decor?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Large furniture items may require additional time for white-glove delivery.
What is Nellie's return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Nellie's furniture pieces come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Do you offer fabric swatches for upholstered items?
We want you to feel confident in your choice! You can order up to five fabric swatches for free through our 'Request a Swatch' page to see colors and textures in your own lighting.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our warehouse for processing and may be subject to a restocking fee if cancelled.
How do I care for my Nellie's wooden furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your wood pieces, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding direct sunlight or heat sources which can cause warping or fading.
